摘要
In this study are proposed two different procedures for health monitoring of composite materials from the strain and the acoustic emission measurement. Two systems based on optic fibre sensors were developed based on a fibre Bragg grating and a Fabry-Perot interferometer for strain and acoustic emission sensing. The sensors were embedded in the composite material providing real-time information about the host integrity. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
