Highly efficient indacenodithiophene-based polymeric solar cells in conventional and inverted device configurations

摘要
Highly efficient bulk-heterojunction polymer solar cells based on two indacenodithiophene-containing low bandgap, high mobility polymers in both of their conventional and inverted device configurations are demonstrated. The highest power conversion efficiency obtained from the conventional structure device is 6.3%, while the PCE of the inverted device reaches 4.9%. These results are very encouraging for further material and device optimization. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
