摘要：

The 'Third Annual Special Session on Image Reconstruction using Real Data' was conducted at the AP-S/URSI International Symposium, held July 13-18, 1997, in Montreal, Canada. As part of the conference, participants were made to image four targets termed ips009, ips010, ips011, and ips012. Targets ips009 and ips011 were fully described, while ips010 and ips012 were presented as symmetry targets. In general, the participants were remarkably successful in imaging the known targets, and moderately less successful with the mystery targets.
