Synthesis of new 1,5-benzodiazepines associated different 5-membered heterocycles

摘要
We described a one-pot synthetic approach to novel isoxazolinyl, pyrazolinyl, pyrazolyl, and 1,2,3-triazolyl methylsulfanyl-1,5-benzodiazepines, as well as allylsulfanyl-1,2,4-triazolo-1,5-benzodiazepine by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of p-chlorobenzaldehyde oxime 4, nitrilimines 5, 6, and benzylazide 12 to 2-allyl(propargyl) sulfanyl-4-phenyl-1,5-benzodiazepine 2 (3). The structures of the obtained cycloadducts have been assigned by means of spectroscopic measurements.
