An overview is given of studies demonstrating cooperative self-assembly based on hydrogen bond recognition coupled with POSS-POSS interactions. Thermal characterization of the POSS/copolymer nanocomposites effectively demonstrates the advantages of POSS crystallinity and the overall benefits of multiple hydrogen-bonding interactions within polymer systems.
