摘要
Ga-67 sciritigraphy and FDG PET imaging were performed on a 60-year-old woman with fever of unknown (FUO). Abnormal FDG uptake scattered in the right-side chest wall was seen whereas Ga-67 scintigraphy yielded only ambiguous findings. Pathology revealed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Neoplasms account for 10 to 20% of all cases of FUO. Cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is uncommon, and concomitant FDG PET and gallium images are scarcely reported.
