Electrochromic and photoluminescence properties of vanadium bronze films formed by electrodeposition

摘要
The vanadium bronze film was synthesized onto the ITO electrode by periodic reverse potential electrolysis (PR). The obtained film was analyzed by x-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Moreover, the electrochromic reaction of the vanadium bronze film as electrodeposited and the film annealed at 350 degrees C for 2 hours were investigated. Potential dependence of photoluminescence spectra of vanadium bronze film in propylene carbonate (PC) solution was discussed by measuring the in situ photoluminescence spectra. The luminescencemetry may be an effective method for characterization of electrochromic films.
