摘要:
The direct current (DC) electrodeposition of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) in anhydrous solvents is discussed. The process requires only a static DC electric field and freshly dispersed, straight SWCNT. The deposited film is very uniform and tightly bound to the anode surface. The technique offers an alternative to chemical vapor deposition (CVD) or printing methods for thin-film technology.
