摘要
Two new low-band-gap conjugated polymers based on the polymerization between indacenodithiophene and 2,3-diphenylquinoxaline or phenanthrenequinoxaline were synthesized. Due to the fused phenanthrenequinoxaline unit, the polymer (PIDT-phanQ) possesses better planarity than PIDT-diphQ, resulting in an improved hole mobility in organic field-effect transistors and power conversion efficiency in polymer solar cells. © 2011 American Chemical Society.
