Chemical synthesis of NaTaO3 powder at low-temperature

摘要
Sodium tantalate (NaTaO3) Powder with a high crystallinity has been successfully synthesized at 600 degrees C through a modified solid state reaction, in which urea plays an important role. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and ultraviolet (UV) diffuse spectra are used to characterize various properties of the obtained NaTaO3 powder. Pure NaTaO3 powder is well crystallized with a uniform cubic morphology. (C) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
