Thermal radiation of plane-parallel semitransparent layers

摘要
Spectral, angular and polarization characteristics of thermal radiation from semitransparent plane-parallel semiconductor layers are studied experimentally and theoretically. Pronounced sharp spectral peaks and the lobe-like directivity diagrams due to a resonator effect have been observed. The calculations, based on Kirhgoff's law, are in a good agreement with the experimental data. (C) 2003 Published by Elsevier B.V.
