摘要：
Researchers studying microRNAs, tiny RNA molecules that regulate gene expression, have found a link to the development of cancer. In a study on worms, the deletion of a microRNA, called let-7, prompted overexpression of a gene, Ras, that is strongly associated with many cancers. Since this initial discovery many studies have confirmed the role of microRNAs in cancer.
