摘要：

CORAL defines a population with clinically significant atherosclerotic RAS that will be well characterized anatomically and physiologically. The study endpoints are hard clinical events with important survival implications. Inferences made from the CORAL study results to the population of patients with RAS and hypertension seen in clinical practice should be highly reliable.
