摘要
This paper presents a hybrid model between Lagrangian relaxation (LR) and genetic algorithm (GA) to solve the unit commitment problem. GA is used to update the Lagrangian multipliers. The optimal bidding curves as a function of generation schedule are also derived. An IEEE 118-bus system is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid model. Simulation results are compared with those obtained from traditional unit commitment. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
