摘要
The first sharp diffraction peak which signifies medium-range structural order in chalcogenide glasses has been studied based on some observations and the construction of ball-and-stick models. The crystalline model originally proposed by Vaipolin and Porai-Koshits provides straightforward explanations for mosi features.
