摘要
Silicon nanocrystal inks are produced with an integrated nonthermal plasma approach for the synthesis of mono-disperse silicon nanocrystals and their surface functionalization with organic ligands. Plasma-functionalized silicon nanocrystals readily form stable colloidal solutions in nonpolar solvents, while non-functionalized nanocrystals flocculate (see figure).
