The cryogenic optical performance of an all aluminum three mirror anastigmat reimager developed for the NIRSPEC instrument is reported. Details pertaining to the optical and mechanical design, structural/thermal modeling, initial performance projections, optical/mechanical fabrication, optical alignment, and optical testing procedures are all presented. The operational performance of the optical system at ambient and at cryogenic temperatures is presented and compared with initial performance projections. The optical subsystem has been delivered to UCLA for integration into the NIRSPEC instrument, final installation will be done at the Keck Observatory.
