Sjogren's syndrome is one of the most common systemic rheumatic diseases. Pulmonary disease is prevalent in Sjogren's syndrome; respiratory manifestations include chronic cough, obstructive airways disease, pulmonary lymphoma, and interstitial lung disease that may progress to severe pulmonary fibrosis.
