Reduction of dimension of a chemically realistic model for the peroxidase-oxidase oscillator

摘要
We develop a low-dimensional model of the peroxidase-oxidase oscillator based on the higher-dimensional Urbanalator model. The low-dimensional model is consistent with the chemical foundations of the Urbanalator accurately reproduces its oscillatory behavior, and also bears some similarities to the simpler abstract models. The remaining differences may suggest directions for further model refinements.
