摘要
The design of the fuel conditioning system for an electrochemical engine using a methanol steam reformer/proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell stack for terrestrial vehicle applications is discussed. The current requirements for PEM anode feed gas quality are described. A comparison of the various alternatives to the fuel purification sub-system is given. The advantages and disadvantages of a number of purification schemes are discussed. Copyright (C) 1996 International Association for Hydrogen Energy.
