摘要
In this work we report the synthesis of a new family of copper deficient spin-glass compounds, La1.85Sr0.15Cu1-deltaO4+delta. Ceramic samples were prepared by a modified sol-gel technique and phase evolution was followed by X-ray diffraction. Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometry and Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry were used to study the sample stoichiometry. The magnetic response includes all characteristics features of spin-glasses. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
