摘要
Nickel ultrafine powder and crystalline film have been prepared by chemical reduction of aqueous NiSO4 with hydrazine at different conditions. Experiments showed that pH and temperature are the main factors to influence the reaction. When pH > 10.0 and temperature is higher than 85 degrees C, formation of nickel powder is favoured. The introduction of nucleator AgNO3 can increase the reaction rate. Crystalline nickel film can be obtained when a moderate amount of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) exists in the solution. Also the surfactant can influence the size and agglomeration of ultrafine powders. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
