摘要
The corrosion behaviour of iron in neutral benzoate and acetate buffer solutions has been investigated in relation to the electrode size by means of corrosion potential measurements complemented with the potentiodynamic technique. It has been shown that the steady state is more readily attained on small electrodes than on macroelectrodes. Advantages in the kinetics study employing a small sized electrode were also observed.
