Nature, 409 , 494 - 497 (2001 ) . The molecular structure of the π-conjugated polymer mLPPP shown as an inset to Fig. 1a is incorrect; the correct structure is shown below. Furthermore, we regret not to have acknowledged U. Scherf and K. Muellen, who synthesized the mLPPP polymer.
