On the mechanism of selective NOx reduction with alkanes over Cu/ZSM-5

摘要
A reaction mechanism is proposed for NOx reduction with alkanes over Cu/ZSM-5 in the presence of O-2. Based on FTIR and MS data obtained by exposure of Cu/ZSM-5 to NO + O-2 and other data on the interaction of acetone oxime impregnated Cu/ZSM-5 with isotopically labelled NO, it is proposed that N-N bonds are formed between adsorbed oxime and NOdelta+. The proposed mechanism is compared with literature data.
