摘要
Pineapple (Ananas comosus Mess.) regeneration from in vitro leaf culture was achieved in 2 steps. The first step involved the formation of callus. Callus was observed on 23-30 % of explants. Its frequency depended upon plant age and which part of the leaf was cultured. At the second stage, callus formed plantlets at a frequency of 50-100%. Crumbly-globular callus with nodules produced more plantlets than firm-compact callus on MS media supplemented with 2iP, Kin, NAA and IBA. The best regeneration and callus formation were observed on leaf explants taken from in vitro plants 8-9 weeks old.
