摘要
The possibility of obtaining rich multiparametric information about various intermolecular interactions in the probe environment was demonstrated using single fluorescence probe. It was shown that in most cases the probe molecules exist as single excited-state and single ground-state species, and electron transition between them generates only one fluorescence emission band. A systematic analysis of excitation and fluorescence spectra of probe FE obtained in 21 representative solvents enabled to develop a multiparameteric approach for the simultaneous analysis of various physical-chemical properties of probe microenvironments. It was stated that the information can be obtained by simple steady-state spectroscopic measurements.
