摘要
A mathematical model was developed to explain the interaction between human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and the immune system. The model can be used to gain a better understanding of the dynamical aspects of HIV. Particular focus is given to the role of CD4 and CD8 lymphocyte cells in curbing the virus growth rate.
