摘要
The dynamics of pico sliders is investigated as a function of lubricant thickness using laser Doppler vibrometer instrumentation. Lubricant depletion is measured using a surface reflectance analyzer. The results indicate that slider vibrations increase with an increase in lubricant thickness. Lubricant depletion also increases with an increase in lubricant thickness.
