A new bioadhesive (BioGlue, Cryolife Inc, Kennesaw, GA) was recently introduced for surgical use in thoracic aortic surgical repair. We describe our early experience and our suggested method of repair. (C) 2001 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
