摘要
Some results of an efficient use of cylindrically bent perfect crystals as neutron optical elements-monochromators and analyzers in diffraction experiments with polycrystalline or powder samples of small dimensions are presented. Thanks to focusing in real and momentum space, the diffraction performance employing bent perfect crystals can in a limited a-range show a considerable gain in its luminosity or resolution in comparison with the performance employing conventional mosaic crystals.
