Excitation induced dephasing in four-wave mixing and Coulomb quantum kinetics

摘要
We show that former discrepancies between LO-phonon quantum-kinetic calculations and experimental four-wave-mixing signals at early time delays and moderate pair densities at n=1.8x10(16) cm(-3) in GaAs, which could only be fitted by introducing an additional density-dependent dephasing time, are eliminated by adding the recently developed quantum kinetics of time-dependent screened carrier-carrier scattering.
