摘要
Photoelectrochemical properties of poly(pyrrole_pyrrole-oligonucleotide) copolymer synthesized by cyclic voltammetry and the same copolymer in presence of complementary oligonucleotides and alternatively in presence of non-complementary oligonucleotides were investigated by photocurrent spectroscopy. The DNA hybridization and adsorption kinetics have also been monitored in real-time using the same technique.
