摘要：

Natural and technogenic factors affecting the formation of geodynamically hazardous zones are considered. A quantitative estimate of stresses and dimensions of cohesion breakdown section under the movement of a rock mass along the fault is given, and an index is proposed for determining the potential hazard of geodynamic zones.
