A solution low-temperature route to MoS2 fiber

摘要
MoS2 fiber has been synthesized through a solution low-temperature route, starting from the precursor (NH4)(2)Mo3S13 in ethylenediamine. X-ray diffraction of the product shows that it is amorphous. After annealing took place, the results indicated that morphologies of the MoS2 were kept and the MoS2 crystallized The MoS2 products were also characterized by transmission electron spectroscopy, selected area electron diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and W-vis absorption spectroscopy. A mechanism of the formation of fiber is proposed.
