Two novel methods for radial and weakly meshed network analysis

摘要
Two new methods for power how and short circuit analyses are proposed in this paper. They are designated to radial and weakly meshed networks. The methods are based on the 'branch by branch computational approach'. The first of them, called the admittance summation method, is developed for the cases where node loads can be represented as constant admittance type and is a non-iterative method. The second method is an extension of the well-known current summation method. It is developed under an assumption that the node load can contain three types of components: constant power load, load proportional to the voltage magnitude and constant admittance load. Under these assumptions, it is competitive with the existing methods for radial and weakly meshed network analyses. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
