摘要：

Radio-MR-pathologic correlations of spine specimens provide the unique opportunity to separately assess alterations of the osseous network and of the medullary content of vertebral bodies. This article highlights normal variants in marrow appearance at MR imaging and features common lesions including vertebral hemangioma, benign and malignant vertebral fractures, metastases, Schmorl's nodes and changes secondary to disk disorders.
