摘要：

The status of minimally invasive nephron-sparing surgery is presented herein. Various approaches, presented in their order of current stature based on available data, include laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, renal cryotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, and extracorporeal high-intensity focused ultrasound. Newer technologies being investigated in the laboratory are discussed briefly, and the potential of minimally invasive nephron-sparing surgery is explored.
