Effects of grain shape and texture on the yield strength anisotropy of Al-Li alloy sheet

摘要
The equiaxed grains with rolling textures were obtained by continuous recrystallization and the influence of grain shape and texture to the in-plane anisotropy of yield strength of an Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr-Mn alloy. two different heat treatments were applied, SA specimen was aged at 150 °C for 10 hrs. and 90 hrs., TMP specimen was aged at 400 °C for 8 hrs, warm rolling at 220 °C followed by recrystallization at 480 °C for 2 hrs. SA specimen had elongated grains and strong rolling textures, while the TMP specimen developed equiaxed grains with weakened textures. The yield strength anisotropy of TMP specimen was much smaller than that of SA specimen because of the equiaxed grain shape.
