摘要
A ceramic thick-film pyroelectric 10-element linear array has been fabricated using a previously developed method of pyroelectric thick-film layer fabrication. The pyroelectric material is perovskite-type tetragonal lead lanthanum zirconate titanate (PLZT) with a 12/40/60 ceramic composition. The production process and construction of the array are described and the mode of operation of the associated preamplifier circuit is shown. The results of improving the cop-electrode absorption by blackening are presented. The dynamic characteristics of the array have been determined by measurement of its response to a flash-lamp pulse. The response time is approximately 70 ms. The promising results of this experiment will encourage the development of a more complex array for application in thermography and thermovision systems.
