摘要
An electron-withdrawing terminal small molecule with dithienosilole core shows high photovoltaic performance. The DCAO3TSi:PC61BM based solar cell exhibits a power conversion efficiency of 5.84%, with an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.80 V, a short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 11.51 mAcm2, and a high fill factor (FF>) of 0.64 the best so far for a solution-processed small molecule based solar cell. © 2011 American Chemical Society.
