摘要：

The conditions for boundedness of integral operators with homogeneous kernel of degree - 1 in the spaces of functions with bounded mean oscillation are given. These conditions are different for finite and infinite intervals and for interior and boundary singular point x = 0. The suitable set of symbols is created to study an invertibility and Fredholmness of the operator lambda I - K.
