摘要
A simple method for obtaining the SERS spectra of water-insoluble organic compounds was reported. Taking advantage of the solubility of organic solvents with water in Ag sol each other, this method can be widely used to obtain the SERS spectra of water-insoluble organic compounds. It is essentially suitable for the characterization and trace detection or trace organic analysis of the minimum samples when the centrifugated Ag sol was used as substrate. Since more than one organic solvent can be used this way, this method can also be used to study the effects of organic solvents on the SERS spectra of samples and further to study the adsorption behavior of solute molecules in different solvents.
