摘要：

We show the key role of the elastic local strain (or micro-strain) epsilon of the CuO2 lattice in the phase diagram of cuprate superconductors. The superconducting critical temperature T-c(delta,epsilon) is shown to be a function of two variables, the doping delta and the microstrain epsilon.
