Nanoporous copper silicates with one-dimensional 12-ring channel systems

摘要
Exploring new channels: A range of alkalimetal copper silicates that contain double layers of silicate tetrahedra have been prepared, which contain straight 12-ring channels that are analogous to those found in LTL-type zeolites. The framework that defines the 12-ring channels is neutral and, consequently, only neutral MOH and H2O species are able to fill these channels.
