Synthesis, characterization and in vitro antitumor activity of diorganometallo complexes γ-Keggin anions

摘要
Diorganometallo-substituted gamma -Keggin heteropolytungstates gamma-[(RSn)(2)SiW10O38](6-)[R = MeOCOCCH2CH2, MeOCOCH(Me) CH2, NCCH2CH2], gamma-[CpTi)(2)SiW10O38](6-) and gamma-[(CpZr)(2)SiW10O38](6-) have been prepared from the divacant polyanion gamma -SiW10O368- and their structures have been determined by NMR spectroscopy. The W-183 NMR spectra of complexes show three peaks, indicating that these anions have the anticipated gamma -Keggin structure with C-2v symmetry The title complexes exhibit antitumor activity in vitro.
