摘要
Copper-mediated cross-coupling reactions are now being employed for the use on natural product synthesis so as to assemble many complex targets with new and efficient bond disconnections. An overview on the state-of-the-art procedures that are available for each bond formation have also been given. In addition, recent developments and surveys of selected efficient and general procedures were described. Furthermore, the achievements of these cross-coupling reactions within natural product synthesis will also be discussed as well as its comparison with palladium-catalyzed transformations or alternative approaches.
