摘要：

A novel ethanol sensor based on CdO-Fe2O3 system complex oxide semiconductor has been developed. The performances of the sensor, including sensitivity, selectivity, stability as well as the response and recovery times, have been examined and studied. The results demonstrate that all characteristics of the sensors are excellent. This indicates it a nice ethanol sensor of a promising practical value. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science S.A.
