摘要
A peptide library consisting of di- and tripeptide esters and tripeptide amides, respectively, containing alpha-Tfm amino acids in different positions was synthesized and tested for enzymatic fragment condensations catalyzed by the proteases alpha-chymotrypsin, trypsin and clostripain.
