摘要
The most important prerequisite for nanoparticles synthesized by the borohydride reduction process is the knowledge of and the control over the kinetic parameters determining their nucleation and growth. The nucleation rate and growth are tools for arrangement of those nanoparticles in size, shape, structure and properties. The lengths of the created and existing Me-Me, Me-B, Me-H bonds have great significance for the modes of nucleation and for all observed quantum-size effects. The optical, dielectric and magnetic properties are a direct result from the 2 states of B 1s binding energy and are confirmed by the measured two vibration for the same, situated closest to the nucleus, 1s electrons.
